Terms, License and Refunds

These terms apply to the purchase and use of KISSLOTA, a Max for Live instrument sold on kisslota.com.

1. Who sells the product

The seller is Nikita Gusev, individual entrepreneur registered in the Russian Federation (INN __________, OGRNIP __________), contact address for all questions: support@kisslota.com. Payment is processed by a payment provider named on the checkout page; that provider is not the seller of the product.

2. What you buy

KISSLOTA is a digital product: a Max for Live instrument file (.amxd) together with a manual in PDF. Nothing is shipped physically. The product requires Ableton Live 12 Suite, or Live 12 Standard with the Max for Live add-on. It has been tested on macOS. Ableton and Max for Live are not included and must be bought separately from their own vendors.

3. Price, payment and delivery

The price is shown on the product page in US dollars and may be converted by the payment provider into your local currency. After a successful payment you receive an email with a download link, normally within a few minutes. If the email does not arrive within one hour, check your spam folder and write to support@kisslota.com: the link will be sent again.

4. License

You are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use KISSLOTA, with the following terms:

Third-party components used in KISSLOTA are listed in the Third Party Notices file that comes with the download.

5. Updates

Updates within version 1.x are free for buyers and are sent to the email used at purchase. A future major version may be a separate paid product.

6. Refunds

If KISSLOTA does not run on your system, you may ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Write to support@kisslota.com and describe what happens: most problems come from the Live edition or a missing Max for Live add-on and are solved in a few minutes. If the problem cannot be solved, the money is returned in full through the same payment method, normally within 10 working days.

Because the product is delivered as a file that cannot be returned, refunds are not given simply because you changed your mind or bought the wrong product by mistake after downloading it. Listen to the demos and read the requirements on the product page before buying, and write with any question before payment.

7. Warranty and liability

The product is provided as is. The author does not promise that it will suit a particular musical task or run on every system configuration. To the extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for indirect damages, lost work or lost profit; any liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be limited by agreement.

8. Personal data

To deliver the product, the seller receives your email address and the payment details recorded by the payment provider. Bank card numbers never reach the seller. Your email is used to send the download link, updates and answers to your questions, and is not sold or passed to third parties except the payment provider and the email service needed to deliver these messages. Write to support@kisslota.com to have your data deleted; this does not cancel records the seller must keep for tax and accounting purposes.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation, where the seller is registered, unless the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence gives you stronger rights. Please write to support first: almost everything is settled that way.
